Insurance: We currently accept the following insurance plans: Medicaid, Cigna, Optum, Aetna (Adding additional insurance plans daily. Please check back to see if your plan qualifies!)
Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?
There is no guarantee that your insurance will reimburse you for your counseling. It is your responsibility to obtain information and insurance forms for reimbursement. The therapist will provide a statement of services for the client to submit to their insurance company. It is expected that the client will pay the full amount of the fees and receive reimbursement directly from the insurance company. Please be advised that confidentiality is difficult to maintain with third party payment.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
